Start with half a dropper for seven days, increase to full dropper if needed once a day, preferably in morning. Can be added to a warm (not hot) drink, ideally a tisane, coffee or tea is fine. Can also be consumed on top of food if preferred such as salad or rice. Relatively tasteless.
